Some days, pushing forward feels impossible. The mountain’s too steep, the progress too slow, and your energy—completely drained. That’s where holy grit comes in. It’s that God-given determination to keep going, even when your strength runs out. Galatians 6:9 reminds us, “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Holy grit isn’t about grinding harder in your own strength—it’s about leaning into God when you feel like you have nothing left. It’s trusting that He sees your effort, honors your endurance, and promises fruit in due season.

Even heroes of faith had moments when they felt like quitting. Elijah hid in a cave. Moses questioned his calling. But they didn’t stay there—and neither should you. Isaiah 40:31 says, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles…” That kind of strength isn’t manufactured—it’s downloaded from heaven. So if you’re tired, pause. Breathe. Pray. But don’t give up. With a little holy grit and a lot of God’s grace, you can rise, keep showing up, and finish strong—because quitting isn’t an option when faith is fueling your fight. BE ENCOURAGED!!
