Limiting beliefs are those thoughts or convictions that we believe to be true, but they hold us back in some way. These beliefs often keep us within our comfort zones and prevent us from reaching our full potential. some common examples of limiting beliefs:
· I’m too old” or “I’m too young
· I lack money and resources
· I don’t deserve to be happy
· I’m too old to start something new
· I’ll never find true love
· I’m not talented enough to pursue my dreams
· Money is the route of all evil
These beliefs often originate in childhood and become ingrained in our identity's conscious or unconscious. They often stem from negative self-perceptions or fears, preventing us from embracing new opportunities. By challenging them, we can break free from their limitations and embrace growth and opportunity. Some strategies to identify and overcome such beliefs.
