There comes a moment in every woman’s journey when silence is no longer an option. Whether it’s standing up for yourself, sharing your testimony, or simply expressing your needs—your voice matters. Too often, fear, shame, or past wounds convince us to stay quiet. But God didn’t create you to shrink—He created you to shine. Proverbs 31:8 reminds us to “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.” That includes speaking up for yourself. When you own your voice, you honor the truth within you—and you reflect the boldness God has already placed inside of you.
Scripture is full of people who doubted their ability to speak—yet were called anyway. Remember Moses? He told God he wasn’t eloquent, but the Lord replied, “Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say” (Exodus 4:12). The same God who empowered Moses empowers you. Your voice carries weight because it carries your story, your strength, and your light. Don’t let fear muffle what God is trying to speak through you. Rise up. Speak up. Own your voice—because the world needs the sound of your healing. BE ENCOURAGED!
