Sometimes life hands us a plot twist we never asked for—and our first instinct is to question, “Why me?” But resilience is built not just in surviving the storm, but in how we see the storm. When we reframe our struggles through the lens of faith, we find strength rising where discouragement once lived. James 1:2-4 encourages us, “Consider it pure joy… whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” It’s not about pretending pain is pleasant—it’s about recognizing that pain can produce something powerful.
Paul, who knew hardship on every level, reminds us in 2 Corinthians 4:17, “For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.” That’s a reframe if there ever was one. The storm may be loud, but it won’t last forever—and it might just be strengthening your voice, deepening your faith, and preparing you for something greater. Reframing doesn’t ignore reality—it invites God into it. And when you do that, you don’t just bounce back—you rise stronger, with new eyes and unshakable hope. BE ENCOURAGED!
